Your use of this Website constitutes your agreement and consent that Quadlabels may communicate with you electronically for all purposes. This includes all legal and notice requirements. Such electronic communications may take the form of postings to this Website and/or e-mails forwarded to the e-mail address you provide when you register with Quadlabels. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communication at any time, but if you withdraw your consent it will only be effective prospectively (not for jobs already ordered or in production). Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be eligible to use this Website to order further products or services from Quadlabels. If your account is deactivated, you will remain responsible for payment of print jobs already completed or in production.

This electronic document, together with any other electronic documents, policies and guidelines incorporated herein, as well as any e-mail communication with you, will be deemed for all purposes to be a "writing" or "in writing," and shall comply with all statutory, contractual, and other legal requirements for a writing. Electronic documents that are established and maintained in the ordinary course of business shall be admissible in judicial, arbitration, mediation or administrative proceedings to the same extent as other records in written form that are similarly established and maintained in the ordinary course of business.

SITE USE

You are being provided with a limited license to use this Website and Site Content solely for the purpose of assessing the product and service offerings on the Website, and placing orders for the products and services offered by Quadlabels via this Website. Unless you receive Quadlabels’ express written consent, you may not:

• resell or make any other commercial use of this Website (or any portion thereof), or the Site Content;

• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or convert into a readable format, any part of this Website or its underlying HTML or other code (except as it may be interpreted and displayed by web browser for purposes of using the Website).

• copy, imitate, mirror, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, perform, post or transmit any Site Content (including any Quadlabels trademarks) in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise;

• make a derivative use of the Website and/or any Site Content; or

• utilize data mining, gathering or extraction methods such as bots, spiders, or other automated tools (whether directly or indirectly) to collect information from the Website or any user of the Website.

• You agree to abide by these Site Terms and not to use the products and services offered by Quadlabels for any improper, illegal, unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of improper solicitation.

Quadlabels may terminate this license and your use of or access to this Website if you make or permit any unauthorized use of this Website or the information, Site Content, services, products and materials contained in or offered through this Website. Such actions by you may also violate applicable law including, without limitation, copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to have all violators prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Registration

In order to take advantage of the full functionality of this Website and to order products and services it will be necessary for you to register and establish a membership account with Quadlabels. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) as requested during the registration process. You also agree to update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and password. If you believe your User ID/password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it by logging on to your account and then following the instructions for changing your password. You agree that you will immediately notify Quadlabels in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of your user ID and password.

Customer Provided Content

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to Quadlabels for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Quadlabels you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Quadlabels and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Quadlabels in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Quadlabels does not maintain Customer Content indefinitely. Customer Content uploaded to the Website with an associated order will be kept on file for a period of up to fifteen (15) days. At the end of that time it may be deleted and irretrievable. Please note that Customer Content uploaded to Quadlabels cannot be used to re-order an additional print job; it is only maintained for reprint purposes.

You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to Quadlabels any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of Quadlabels and/or or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.

You acknowledge that Quadlabels does not pre-screen Customer Content, but that Quadlabels reserves the right to do so at any time and that Quadlabels and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates these Site Terms or that may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Quadlabels may preserve Customer Content and may also disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Quadlabels, its employees, users and the public in general.

Regardless of the upload of Customer Content to this Website, and/or the inclusion of Customer Content into any product or service offered through this Website, Quadlabels, retains all of its rights in and to all Site Content on this Website, whether created by, for or on behalf of Quadlabels.

Please note that if your order requires additional customization to be done by a third party, Quadlabels is no longer responsible for the order and Quadlabels’ liability to use is terminated at the time the order leaves Quadlabels.

Use of Design Tools

The design tools available on this Website are made available to all users of the Website. In the event you create a design, such as a sign, emblem or logo, you do not obtain any right or claim to any of the individual design elements made available through this Website that enabled the creation of the design, and these design elements are and will continue to be the property of Quadlabels (or the licensor if applicable) and will remain freely available to other Quadlabels customers. Your use of the Site Content provided on this Website and/or the creation of products or materials using such Site Content does not create joint authorship, joint ownership, works made for hire, or any other interest of any kind, with Quadlabels in or regarding such Site Content.

It is solely your responsibility to determine whether any design you may create using the design tools made available to you by Quadlabels, infringes, or may be subject to a claim of infringement upon the trademark, copyright, or other rights of a third party. You should consult with an attorney as to whether a design you create may infringe upon the rights of another party.

This site may contain links to websites that are owned and/or operated third parties, and that are not under the control of Quadlabels. These links are provided only as a convenience. Quadlabels does not evaluate, review, monitor, or endorse the content of such sites and is not responsible in anyway for the information, services, products or other materials available on or offered by such sites, the accuracy of the content on such sites, and /or the privacy, security and safety practices of such sites. You expressly understand and agree that if you access any such sites through a link provided by Quadlabels then you do so at your own risk.

Uploaded Content Requirements

We strongly recommend that content uploaded to Quadlabels for print fulfillment is:

At a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%). Content that does not meet this standard may experience print or images that are fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted for which Quadlabels does not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.

Designed in CMYK and uploaded to Quadlabels in CMYK with no embedded color profile. (You may upload in RGB or some other standard if you choose, however, the color will be converted and Quadlabels is not responsible for any inaccuracy or color shift that occurs as a result of the conversion).

Color Quality

Quadlabels guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears your monitor. Quadlabels is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output. Please note that the application of UV coating and laminating may have an effect upon or change the appearance of printed colors. Quadlabels is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV coated and laminated products.

Production Turnaround Time

Quadlabel's standard turnaround is dependent on the product ordered; if you do not specify otherwise you will be charged for standard turnaround for the relevant product.

Turnaround times do not include shipping time. The estimated date you will receive your order is a combination of the selected turnaround time and shipping time. Once your order is placed your turnaround time generally cannot be changed and billing charges will not be reversed.

For your convenience, depending on the product ordered, Quadlabels offers a variety of different production turnaround times. Not all of the following turnaround times are offered on every product; the available turnaround times will be listed with product as part of the order process.

Same Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 9:00 a.m. will be ready for shipping or pick by the end of the same day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 9:00 a.m. will be treated as having been timely received on the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pick up is available only until 6:00 p.m. (orders completing after 5:00 p.m. may not be available for pick up until the following morning).

• Same day turnaround is only available for quantities up to 500.

• We reserve the right to print same day turnaround product on our digital presses.

Next Business Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 9:00 a.m. will be ready by the end of the next business day. Production ready jobs not placed and confirmed by 9:00 a.m. will be treated as having been received before 9:00 a.m. the following business day.

2-4 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the second business day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the fourth business day after receipt.

5-7 Day -- all production ready jobs received and confirmed by no later than 1:00 p.m. will be ready between 1:00 p.m. the fifth day after receipt and 1:00 p.m. on the seventh day after receipt.

Please note: – Turnaround times for jobs that Quadriga does not deem production ready (e.g., those with problems or that require a proof) will not begin until the job is approved and ready for production.

Over/Under Runs

Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, Quadlabels reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.

Order Approval/ Proofing

If requested, an online proof will be available for your review after we have received your files for print. Quadlabels has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order. Even if a Quadlabels customer service representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that Quadlabels will review any other order you place. The proof must be treated as independent from the original submitted file and thoroughly reviewed prior to approval. Quadlabels offers hard copy proofs which show reasonable likeness to the final printed pieces. The request for a hard copy proof may involve an additional fee and would extend the amount of time needed to complete the job. For orders where a hard copy proof has been requested, the approval must be received by Quadlabels on or before our published cut-off times. Quadlabels DOES NOT make any changes on customer files. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. Quadlabels will assume that you have verified the spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, transparency, overprint, improper layout, bleeding, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, etc.

Promotions, Special Offers and Discount Coupons

From time to time Quadlabels may offer promotions and special offers identified by a Coupon Code. Each Coupon Code will have different requirements and rewards. Typically, you will receive a Coupon or an email that contains the Coupon Code. If you receive a Coupon or email that contains a Coupon Code, please read it carefully -- all requirements stated in the Coupon or email must be met in order to receive or take advantage of the promotion or special offer. Unless otherwise stated all Coupon Codes are limited to one-time use and are limited to current Quadlabels account holders in good standing.

Promotions and special offers may be limited to certain account holders (e.g., they may be limited to loyalty levels or the terms may vary by loyalty level).

To take advantage of a promotion or special offer, enter the Coupon Code in the applicable field when placing an order. Not all products are eligible for promotions and special offers. If a Coupon Code does not function when entered, it means the product at issue does not qualify for the promotion or special offer; this determination is final.

A Coupon Code may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward offered by Quadriga (including Rewards Points redemption). If you enter a Coupon Code or take advantage of a promotion, special offer, discount or reward (including Coupon Codes issued for Rewards Points redemption), you will not be able to enter another Coupon Code or take advantage of any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward.

Coupon Codes only apply to products ordered through Quadlabels' website; Coupon codes can not be applied to custom orders. Coupon Codes cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges. If the promotion or special offer has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.

Promotions and special offers are only valid for a limited time. They will expire on the date or within the timeframe specified in the offer. If no date or timeframe is specified, a promotion or special offer is valid until the end of the month is which the Coupon Code is first eligible for use.

Coupon Codes (and the Coupons or emails that contain them) are not for resale, have no independent cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted.

Coupon Codes will not be retroactively applied against orders already placed with Quadlabels.

If a Coupon Code is used and the entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in the order then, subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, you will be refunded only the actual amount paid. The coupon code will no longer be valid.

If only part of your order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, then subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, the relevant discount or promotion will be applied to the item(s) that are kept. The foregoing notwithstanding, under no circumstances will a promotion or special offer of any kind be applied to create a credit balance. If the balance of a partially canceled, rejected or returned order is less than the value of the promotion or special offer, the promotion or special offer will be applied to the outstanding balance (not including shipping and handling, taxes and other charges). The balance of the promotion or special offer is void, and the Coupon Code will no longer be valid.

Quadlabels reserves the right to discontinue a promotion or special offer or coupon at any time and with immediate effect.

Payment

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. Quadlabels presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.

In order for you to register with and order products and services from Quadlabels it is necessary for you to provide and keep on file a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use. By submitting a credit card number to Quadlabels you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorized to use it. You agree that in the event the credit card information you have provided becomes invalid, out of date or that you are no longer authorized to use the card, you will immediately provide another credit card number that is valid, authentic and current, and which you are authorized to use. Some electronic transactions may require extended processing in addition to credit card authorization. You will be notified by a Quadlabels customer service representative if extended processing is required to complete your transaction request through our Website. This may affect to your estimated delivery date.

Unless Quadlabels agrees otherwise, all product and service orders must be paid for at the time of the order and accompanied by an authorization to charge a credit card on file with Quadlabels or to charge a valid, authentic and current credit card, which you are authorized to use, that you provide at the time of the order. (If new credit card information is provided at the time of the order it will be added to the credit card information kept on file; Quadlabels will not assume that previously provided credit card information is not valid). If a charge against a credit card you provide is not authorized or accepted, or is subsequently refused or rejected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability.

In the event you make one or more changes to an existing order that incur additional charges, those charges will be applied to the credit card that was used for the original order, or to an alternative credit card that you provide to us.

In the event that Quadlabels and you have agreed upon an alternative method of payment and the payment is not received within 5 business days of the date on which payment was due you hereby irrevocably agree that Quadlabels may charge one or more of the credit card(s) you have on file for the full amount of your outstanding account balance.

Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order until full payment is received by Quadlabels.

All orders above $5,000.00 must be paid by cashier's check, money order or wire transfer (please contact the accounting department for ABA information).

Order Cancellation

A print order can be canceled at any time prior to it entering into production. If you cancel an order prior to it entering into production a Quadlabels Customer Service representative will inform you of any cancellation charges incurred. (Please allow at least 10 business days for any refunded monies to be credited to your account). A print order cannot be canceled and no refund will be given once it has entered into production or any process thereafter. No refunds are issued for Logo and Graphic design services. All cancellations must be completed through this website by accessing your Pending Orders. If you do not see a button for cancellation, the job has gone into production and cannot be canceled.

If within forty five (45) days or later of you placing an order and Quadlabels has not received any files or incomplete files from which to complete your job, Quadlabels may at its option cancel the order and refund any payment charged to your credit card.

Markup Tool

Quadlabels' Markup Tool allows you to generate customized quotes directly from the Quadlabels website using current Quadlabels pricing. Other than the Quadlabels pricing provided as part of quote, Quadlabels does not retain or copy any of the information you input to generate the quote, so please ensure that you retain a copy of all quotes.

Quadlabels does not - and assumes no responsibility to - verify any of the data you input into the Markup Tool or the final price that is generated. It is your responsibility to verify that the final pricing in the quote matches your intended markup.

The "Price Per Unit" used to generate your quote will be honored by Quadlabels for a period of 14 days from the date the quote is generated. If there is any dispute regarding the pricing in any quote you agree to bring to Quadlabels’ attention within 14 days. Please retain a copy of all quotes you generate.

Quadlabels’ Markup Tool is not available on all products. If you have further questions please contact customer service. Quadlabels’ Terms and Conditions continue to apply to all orders placed.

Quadlabels’ websites are primarily for business-to-business purposes and transactions. A user is required to register in order to utilize the full functionality of the website. Registration requires that you provide Quadlabels with certain information that is potentially of a personal nature. For example, Quadlabels will ask you for your e-mail address, name, company name, address and telephone number. You will also be asked to create a password that, along with your e-mail address, will enable you logon and use the Quadlabels website in the future.

If you place an order, make a purchase, or sign up for a paid membership or subscription service, Quadlabels will also ask for additional information, such as a credit card number and billing address, and/or bank account information. When accessing the Quadriga’s members-only web pages, your personal user information may be tracked by Quadriga in order to support collaboration, ensure authorized access, and enable communication between members.

Information contained in data files uploaded to Quadlabels for print fulfillment is received and stored by Quadlabels, but we do not use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling the requested print job. Payment processing services may be provided by a third-party payment service, and a management company external to the Quadlabels may provide support for the financial activities of the Quadlabels. Quadlabels may share your personal information with its partners to facilitate these transactions.

Information Sharing

Quadlabels does not sell, rent, or lease any individual’s personal information or lists of email addresses to anyone for marketing purposes, and we take commercially reasonable steps to maintain the security of this information. However, Quadlabels reserve the right to supply any such information to any organization into which Quadlabels may merge in the future or to which it may make any transfer in order to enable a third party to continue part or all of its mission. We also reserve the right to release personal information to protect our systems or business, when we reasonably believe you to be in violation of our Terms of Use or if we reasonably believe you to have initiated or participated in any illegal activity. Some personally identifiable information that you provide to Quadlabels must necessarily be disclosed outside of Quadlabels in order for us to provide our services to you. For example, to ship an order we must disclose the shipping information required by the carrier.

Quadlabels is committed to keeping the personal information of our members accurate. All the information you have submitted to us can be verified and changed. In order to do this, please email us a request. We may provide members with online access to their own personal profiles, enabling them to update or delete information at any time. To protect our members’ privacy and security, we also may take reasonable steps to verify identity, such as a user ID and password, before granting access to modify personal profile data. Certain areas of Quadlabels’ web sites may limit access to specific individuals through the use of passwords or other personal identifiers; a password prompt is your indication that a members-only resource is being accessed.

When you register with Quadlabels the password you choose is only as effective as you make it. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. You should not share this information with anyone, and you should always log out of a Quadlabels website or service before leaving your computer to protect against others being able to access your information. If you believe your password has been compromised in any way you should immediately change it by logging on and following the instructions or by calling Quadlabels’ Customer Service for assistance.

Quadlabels reserves the right to update and revise these Shipping Policy and Guidelines without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as anytime you place an order with Quadlabels the current Shipping Policy and Guidelines will apply.

If your order is produced at a Quadlabels facility that is close to your location, you may be able to either pick up your order.

Quadriga USA Enterprises, Inc. ("Quadlabels") ships all packages via FedEx or its related services. Our standard shipping level (“Standard Shipping/Shipments”) is FedEx Ground or Express Saver*, but you may elect to use an alternative method of FedEx shipping during the ordering process. Our shipping charges are based on the rates charged by the carrier as they may vary from time to time. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Please contact our shipping department for more information regarding Saturday shipping. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, which means ownership and risk of loss transfers to you once we deliver the print products to our shipping carrier. If you elect to pick up your order, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to you when you (or your agent) take possession of the order. Unfortunately, we cannot use a customer's personal account with FedEx or any other carrier.

The estimated delivery time for any given shipment will vary according to the method of shipping you choose and/or by your location. Please note that although we make an effort to meet the estimated delivery times, because we use a third party shipping service we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If you have time sensitive materials, please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your order.

For Standard Shipments being made to a delivery point within the United States, you can use our Shipping Maps to estimate your package arrival from the time of shipment. Select the Shipping Map that corresponds to the production site you are provided with at the time of your order. Please Note: these Shipping Maps only provide you with an estimate of the delivery date; we do not guarantee delivery on the date indicated. Also, when estimating your package arrival, the timeframe denoted on the Shipping Maps does NOT include the day of pickup by the carrier or the order turnaround time.

If you select a shipping service level other than Standard Shipping the delivery date will correspond to the service level chosen. Again, the delivery date does not include the day of pickup. If you select 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, Next Day Air, or some other FedEx special delivery level (or their equivalent) this means that FedEx is guaranteeing its shipping service within the time period selected. Note that only these special accelerated shipping services are guaranteed by FedEx within the FedEx time frames given. Standard Shipping is NOT guaranteed to deliver within the estimated arrival time.

Your estimated shipping time is in addition to the order turnaround time you selected during the order process. Add the turnaround time and estimated shipping time together to estimate the actual delivery date.

If you have dated or time sensitive material please plan accordingly; leave plenty of time to receive your order. We strongly suggest that in such circumstances you do not rely on Standard Shipping delivery.

We reserve the right to change the site initially allocated to the production of your order. (For example, equipment failure, natural disaster or order volumes may impact our production capacity requirements necessitating a change in site). Should this happen, you may be informed by email and it may impact your estimated shipping time, etc. You can check our shipping maps for the estimated transit time from the new production site.

Our shipping process cannot generally accommodate the aggregation of multiple print orders for shipping purposes; each discrete product ordered will be shipped separately, will require a separate shipping charge, will have its own estimated shipping time, and may arrive on a different date to other products you have ordered. If you are ordering multiple products, it is possible that these may also require different production sites and the estimated shipping time may vary for each separate product. If you are ordering a specially priced package of products, there will be only one shipping charge incurred, however, the individual products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If the receipt of multiple products is time sensitive please plan accordingly as we cannot guarantee that multiple product orders will be received on the same delivery date.

Orders that exceed size or weight limitations for the selected delivery level may be divided into multiple boxes. Your order confirmation and/or product tracking information will reflect the number boxes you can expect for your order. If your order is divided into multiple boxes, each box will incur a separate shipping charge and we cannot guarantee that all of the boxes will be received on the same day.

Because FedEx does not ship to a Post Office box, it is your responsibility to verify that an actual street address has been entered, and that it is the correct and accurate address (including zip code) for your delivery. Economy Shipping does ship to residential and Post Office Box addresses, however a correct and accurate address is required. We strongly recommend that you include a telephone contact number in your shipping information. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or increased delivery charges caused by mistaken or incorrect delivery addresses. We are not responsible for any delays or losses of product once the product is delivered to the carrier for shipment.

Please verify that your payment information has been correctly entered. Shipments may be delayed because of improper credit card information and we are not responsible for any delay or loss associated with this.

Holidays may affect and delay your shipping times. Please take holidays into account when estimating your package delivery time.

If a package is not delivered due to a customer refusal (which would include a failure to pick up the product from the carrier, if applicable) or an error made by the customer, e.g., not submitting the proper shipping address, it may cause the package to be reshipped (with the corrected address if applicable), and you will be charged an additional shipping fee for this reshipment. You may also incur additional fees as a result of the inability of the carrier to deliver the order, as well as return fees. Even if you decline to have a product reshipped, you will continue to be responsible for the product cost, original shipping and any additional fees incurred as a result of the product being returned, and you consent to these fees being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

If, after placing an order, you wish to change the shipping address you may do so up until the time the order is out for delivery. Each time that you request that we intercept and transport an order to a new shipping address (i.e., other than the one currently chosen) you will incur an administrative fee of at least twelve dollars and thirty-five cents ($12.35) as well as any increases in the shipping fees and other charges FedEx may impose. You consent to these fees and charges being charged against the credit card used for the transaction.

We will make every effort to adhere to the estimated shipping schedule and delivery date for your order. However, equipment failures, technical problems, shipping delays and other problems beyond our control may delay the printing and delivery process. Under such circumstances rush charges and other production fees may be waived or refunded as applicable, however, such delays are not grounds for cancellation of an order. By placing an order with Quadriga you are agreeing that we are not responsible or liable for, and no refund, cancellation or credit will be due as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.

Please take note that if you choose a residential address as your delivery address the carrier will typically not require a signature at the time of delivery and the package may be left at the address. If you require a delivery signature, please contact Customer Service.

*Economy Shipping is the FedEx Ground shipping service of FedEx and United States Postal Service for residential addresses only, and the system will default to this option when it is available.

Returns / Refund / Reprint Policy: Last Updated February 6, 2017

Quadlabels reserve the right to update and revise this Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customers' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you place an order with Quadlabels the current Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy will apply.

We guarantee that our printed products will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. You may contact our Customer Service Department and a Quadlabels representative will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job. When you place an order for your custom manufactured label product, whether it's a custom label size or a custom printed label, we'll email you a PDF proof of your layout for approval. In addition, you will have the option to request material samples so you can test the performance of the materials on your product and, in the case of custom label sizes, confirm the materials are compatible with your printer.

If you believe your print job is defective or has not otherwise met your requirements please contact Quadlabels, IN WRITING via the online support system, within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective or has not otherwise met our obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:

• 1.We will reprint the print job with rush production.

• 2.We will refund the original order price.

We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.

A Customer Service representative will generally contact you within 24-48 hours of us making the determination that a reprint or refund is appropriate in order to confirm the approved solution. If you do not make contact with our representative within five (5) business days of their first attempt to contact you with the approved solution we will assume that the issue has been otherwise resolved and no reprint or refund will be given. Once the approved solution is agreed then, unless we agree otherwise, you must return the entire original print order to us, at the address provided by our Customer Service representative, within 15 calendar days after the date the solution is approved. If you do not return it within this time frame you agree that the original order will be charged against your credit card on file with Quadlabels.

A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless we agree otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to and received by us.

When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order.

A reprint will begin rush production within one (1) business day of our confirmed receipt of the product or such earlier time as we may agree to.

The foregoing is Quadlabels’ sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quadlabels is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Quadlabels has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.

The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:

• An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (we will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).

• The product is lost, delayed or returned to Quadlabels due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).

• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.

• Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.

• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.

• Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.

• Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. Quadlabels does not make any changes on customer files.

• Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.

• Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Quadlabels does not color match or match customer specified ink density.

• An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Quadlabels is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.

• Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.

• Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).

• Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.

• A customer’s violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of Quadlabels’ website and/or ordering of product.

• Viruses, worms, trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using Quadlabels’ standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.

• Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by Quadlabels.

• Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.

• The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.

• Please note that Quadlabels’ provision of advice, assistance or guidance either on this Website or via our Customer Service representatives does not constitute an acceptance of responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise in connection with any print order or services provided.

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010

QUADRIGA USA ENTERPRISES Inc. ("Quadriga") recognizes the importance of making efforts to ensure that its supply chain is free of any products of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and/or slavery. In addition to compliance with current U.S. and individual state laws regarding labor practices, Quadlabels is also required to comply with the California Transparency in Supply chains Act of 2010 (SB657), which requires manufacturers and retailers to disclose their efforts, if any, to track forced labor and human trafficking in their supply chains. The information contained below relates to Quadlabels’ obligations under this law.

Quadlabels primarily operates in the United States with one plant located in Los Angeles, California USA. Almost all of Quadlabels’ products are manufactured in the United States and as such are subject to the laws and regulations of the U.S. regarding among other things forced labor and human trafficking.

Under section 1714.13 of the California Civil Code, manufacturers are requested to post disclosures in five specific categories:

• Verification of product supply chains to evaluate the potential for products of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and slavery to be present in its direct supply chain. Quadlabels does not presently follow a formal policy for verification to evaluate its products;

• Audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for prohibiting trafficking and slavery in supply chains. Quadlabels conducts informal inspections or observations on occasion but does not presently follow a formal policy for auditing suppliers with respect to supplier compliance however if Quadlabels became aware of any credible indicator of potential trafficking or forced labor on the part of a direct supplier, Quadlabels would conduct an unannounced audit;

• Certification for suppliers in writing that materials incorporated into their products comply with the laws regarding forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and slavery in the country or countries where they do business. Quadlabels generally requires its contract suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country or countries they do business in but does not presently follow a formal policy for independent certification by suppliers;

• Maintaining internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding avoidance of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and slavery. Quadlabels does not presently follow a formal policy of internal accountability for employees or contractors; and;

• Providing company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chain of products. Quadlabels does not presently follow a formal policy related to such issues but does require all of its employees to act ethically and comply with all federal and local laws in the conducting of the business of the company.
