To answer this briefly, CMYK. The digital printing technology equipment prints in a 4-color printing mode: CMYK (C-Cyan, M-Magenta, Y-Yellow, and as strange as it may be, K for Black). And we are able to receive millions of other colors using these 4 colors. Actually, in addition to CMYK, we also have the ability to print in white on Silver or Clear materials.

Unlike CMYK, the RGB color system (R-Red, G-Green, B-Blue) is used on computer and TV screens. So, the colors that we see on our screens come from the combination of those three colors.

If you use the RGB color system in your file, it will automatically change to CMYK during the printing process, which will cause a large difference in the colors of your file and the printed product.

In addition to that, the printed product and the on-screen file will not look 100% alike. It is difficult to explain why (people get entire degrees to explain that), but trust us when we say that.

White Support is an extra opaque white ink printed behind CMYK as a base color. Since CMYK inks are transparent, the effect without White Support will be transparent for clear labels, metallic for Silver/Gold labels, and holographic for Holographic labels. So, for Clear, Silver/Gold, and Holographic labels White Support is required. White ink will block the stock material effect and will provide the same feeling as white stock. If you need more information about the White support layer, please check the section Design Specs.

We print using over 30 different types of materials, which you will be able to check out in our Products  section. If you need special materials that you are unable to find in our selection, feel free to ask us and our specialists will provide you with information about your requested material.

No, it is not. People often get lamination or varnish to protect the ink from wearing off or to hide the smell. But since we use UV inkjet technology, our inks are scratch resistant and practically odor-free. Therefore, it is not necessary to get lamination or varnish.

Of course. We have even created a special section on our website for this. Simply fill out the form and our customer service specialists will send you samples of our materials free of charge.

Unfortunately, no. We are unable to print using gold, silver ink, or exact Pantone colors. However, we are able to achieve colors that match up to 90% using our Pantone Matching System.

Despite the fact that we work mainly with roll labels, it is also possible to produce labels on sheets.

The minimum order starts at 250 labels. Also, there are limitations on the quantity for each design. The minimum quantity for each design is 100 labels. For example, if you have 5 designs to print, the minimum quantity will be 100 x 5 = 500 labels.

The smallest size we print is 0.5” x 0.5”. But there can be exceptions for very large quantities. The largest size is 12” x 24”.

Our standard, which is also the industry standard, is round corner die with a corner radius of 0.05”-0.07”. The radius depends on the die size. If you need die with sharp edges, then you simply need to request a new special die.

Our standard is a 3” core diameter, but there is an option for a 1” core as well.

We work with UPS, and you can use all the shipping methods they provide.

And, yes, we do ship blind. As we work with brokers and not end-users, blind shipping is the most common method we use.

Yes, but it depends on what your order quantity is. Our suppliers have MOQ (minimum order quantity) for their products, so we need to meet their requirements.

In most cases, yes. But, please note, it is an additional chargeable service and requires more time than regular orders.

RUSH ORDERS Turnaround is 1 business day (for regular orders only) and it costs 30% extra charge.

Please note for rush orders, the cutoff time is 12 noon.

For Example

  • - Orders placed by 12 noon will be done by 12 noon the next business day.
  • - Orders placed after 12pm will be done the following business day before 12 noon.

This, of course, depends on the quantity as well. If it’s 100k or more, it might take another day.

Of course we can print barcodes, QR codes, special numbering, etc. But the most exciting thing is that we can print variable colorful designs as well.

For your first order, the production sample is free. For the following orders, it is $75 for regular printing without any special options (foiling, Spot UV, etc.) and you can get up to 20 labels. And it comes on the sheet without die-cutting.

There are different factors that determine how many labels per roll we can do. The first is roll diameter. If you have diameter limitations on your application machine, you should provide that information to us and we will make sure that the roll diameter doesn’t exceed the limit. Another factor is the minimum quantity of the labels per roll. If there are a few labels on the roll, it can cause hassles from setting up application machine too often, which is also time consuming. The quantity of the labels per roll also depends on the layout of the labels. For example, if you want to print 3000 labels and it goes with 4 up labels layout, we should divide 3000 by 4, so you will get 4 rolls with 750 labels each.

We carry Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Green, Blue, Red foils. You can request material samples to be sure that it is the color that you want.

Your pricing is valid for 30 days.
